Cancellation Policy
* A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee up to 50% of the scheduled service.
* No-shows will be charged up to 100% of the appointment total and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
* Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if rescheduled within the allowed notice period.
* Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on availability.
